Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

As the Chief Technology Officer, you will play a pivotal role in driving our mission to transform the global real estate landscape, fostering accessibility, liquidity, and a trustless environment. Collaborating with a passionate team of professionals, you will lead the charge toward innovation in the real estate and cryptocurrency sectors.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker capable of inspiring and guiding the development team to new heights. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a technology roadmap that aligns with the organization’s mission, emphasizing the use of blockchain to transform global real estate markets.
  • Lead the technology team, fostering innovation and ensuring the continuous improvement of the platform’s features and functionality.
  • Ensure the platform complies with international regulations and industry standards related to blockchain and real estate.
  • Identify and engage with strategic technology partners to enhance our blockchain ecosystem.
  • Oversee security and risk management, including compliance and governance for the blockchain platform.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, blockchain technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a technology leader in blockchain or distributed ledger technology, with a minimum of 8 years in a leadership role.
  • A strong track record of successfully leading and delivering blockchain projects, from conception to execution.
  • Proficiency in blockchain protocols (e.g., Ethereum, Hyperledger, or others) and smart-contract development languages (e.g., Solidity).
  • A commitment to security and risk management, ensuring the integrity of the blockchain ecosystem.
